Art Emerge Sweepstakes Official Rules
NO DONATION OR PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A DONATION OR PURCHASE WILL NOT IMPROVE YOUR ODDS OF WINNING.
Eligibility
The Art Emerge Sweepstakes ("Sweepstakes") is open to legal residents of the United States, excluding residents of Rhode Island, New York, and Florida, who have reached the age of majority in their state of residence and are of legal age to form a binding contract. Employees of Art Emerge and their respective family members are prohibited from entering. Entrants are subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited by law.

The Sweepstakes is sponsored by Art Emerge Inc., located at 709 Westbourne Dr, West Hollywood, CA 90069.
Agreement to Rules
By participating, entrants agree to abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding. Entrants also agree to waive any right to claim ambiguity in the rules.
Sweepstakes Period
The Sweepstakes begins on August 12th, 2024, and ends on Oct 11th, 2024 at 11:59pm pst. Entries received before or after the Sweepstakes Period are void.
How to Enter
Participants may enter the Sweepstakes in the following ways:
- Donate: Follow the instructions on the Sweepstakes page to donate. Each donation will correspond to a number of entries as follows:
- Alternative Method of Entry: You may enter for free by mailing a single piece of paper or postcard including your full name, address, phone number, and name of sweepstakes/giveaway you're enter to Art Emerge Gallery, 709 Westbourne Dr, West Hollywood, CA 90069. Each submission will receive 500 entries. Limit 2,500 entries per Sweepstakes regardless of the method of entry.
Entries generated by a script, macro, bot, or other automated means are void. Only one valid email address per participant is allowed. Using multiple email addresses, names, identities, or other methods to exceed the entry limit will result in disqualification.
Odds
The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
Winner Selection and Notification
Potential winners will be randomly drawn from among all eligible entries received. The drawing will occur after the close of the Sweepstakes Period. Potential winners will be notified via email and must respond within 24 hours. If a potential winner does not acknowledge receipt within the specified time, an alternate winner will be selected.
Requirements of Winners
Potential winners must comply with all terms and conditions of these Official Rules. Winning is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements. Potential winners may be required to undergo a background check and sign and return an affidavit of eligibility, liability/publicity release, and other documents as necessary. If a potential winner is disqualified, an alternate winner will be selected.
Prizes
Prizes are specified in the individual Sweepstakes Rules. Prizes are non-transferable and no substitution will be made except as provided herein or at the Sponsor’s discretion. Winners are responsible for any taxes and fees associated with prize receipt and use.
Publicity
By accepting a prize, winners agree to the use of their name, likeness, and entry for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
General Conditions
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, and/or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes.
Release and Limitations of Liability
By participating in the Sweepstakes, entrants agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor, its subsidiaries, affiliates, and agents from any claims arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use of any prize.
Disputes
Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Official Rules or the Sweepstakes shall be resolved exclusively by arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. The arbitration shall be conducted in the state where the entrant resides.
Privacy
Personal information collected from entrants is subject to the Sponsor's Privacy Policy.
