Gerry Villani, a seasoned photographer and visual artist, embarked on his artistic journey in the quaint town of Salem, Oregon, with a simple yet profound Christmas gift - a Kodak Instamatic camera. His fascination with the camera's ability to capture and express reality set the foundation of his photographic career. Throughout his formative years, he continually explored the intricacies of photography, transitioning through various 35mm film bodies and equipment, before embracing the nuances of digital photography.
