This 8" × 10" acrylic painting captures a lively, joyful underwater scene featuring three vibrant koi fish swimming gracefully in a pond, surrounded by lily pads and bubbles. The composition is dynamic and centered, with the fish forming a loose circular flow that draws the eye around the canvas. The water is rendered in swirling layers of rich blue tones—deep cobalt at the edges fading into lighter turquoise and sky-blue highlights—creating a sense of gentle movement and depth. Thick, visible brushstrokes suggest rippling waves and currents, especially in the curved bands that wrap around the koi.
