Shipping Policy – Art Emerge Marketplace

Original artwork is prepared for shipment by the selling artist or gallery and sent from their studio within 7 calendar days of your order. Every piece is packed in a flat, sturdy, well-protected cardboard box or—when needed—a custom crate.

Estimated transit times

• Same-region shipments (e.g., US → US, UK → UK, UK → Europe): 3–7 business days after dispatch

• Cross-region shipments (e.g., US → Canada, US → UK, Canada → Europe): 7–14 business days after dispatch

Please note that customs processing or carrier delays may occasionally extend delivery times.

Tracking
A tracking link is emailed (and, if you choose, texted) to you as soon as the seller processes the shipment. You can monitor progress at any time.
